Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

1. Purpose

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refund requests and cancellations are handled for website development, mobile application development, SEO, digital marketing, hosting-related services, maintenance, and other services provided by Interactive Webtech Pvt. Ltd. The applicable signed contract or proposal should be read together with this policy and our Terms and Conditions.

2. Website and Mobile Application Development

Project payments are linked to the agreed scope, milestones, resources, and work completed.

  • Advance payments may cover project scheduling, discovery, planning, design, and resource allocation, as described in the proposal.
  • Once sample designs or mockups have been approved and development begins, refunds will be assessed based on the agreement, work completed, and applicable law.
  • Payments for completed milestones and accepted deliverables are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
  • For projects cancelled partway through a milestone, the amount payable or refundable will be determined by the work performed, contractual terms, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Any unearned prepaid amount will be assessed in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
  • Third-party expenses already incurred on the Client's behalf may be non-refundable where the supplier does not offer a refund and the expense was properly authorized.

We do not automatically provide a full or partial refund solely because a Client changes their mind after work has begun. However, all requests will be assessed on their merits and in accordance with legal obligations.

3. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services may involve research, audits, technical work, content development, campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing optimization. Fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Monthly service fees, cancellation notice periods, and prepaid service arrangements will be governed by the relevant agreement. Unless expressly agreed in writing, termination of a monthly service does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund for services already delivered or work already performed.

4. Monthly Billing and Renewals

The Client is responsible for understanding the billing cycle and cancellation notice period stated in the relevant agreement. Where monthly services are paid in advance, the contract should specify when the next payment is due and how cancellation affects future billing.

If a service requires written notice before renewal, that requirement will be specified in the applicable agreement.

5. Advertising Budgets and Third-Party Fees

Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms are distinct from Interactive Webtech's service fees. Refunds of third-party advertising balances, software subscriptions, hosting charges, domain registrations, and other external expenses are subject to the relevant provider's policies and the applicable agreement. We cannot promise a third-party refund that is outside our control.

6. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered

A refund or other appropriate remedy may be considered where:

  • A payment was made in error or duplicated.
  • A contracted service was not delivered as agreed.
  • The parties mutually agree in writing to a refund.
  • Applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
  • The relevant contract expressly provides for a refund.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

7. How to Request a Refund

Clients should submit their request in writing to sales@interactivewebtech.com or using the official contact details published on our Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Client or company name.
  • Invoice or project reference.
  • Service purchased.
  • Payment date and amount.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Relevant supporting information.

We will review the request and communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the complexity of the matter and applicable legal requirements.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Any applicable deductions must be consistent with the agreement and permitted by law.

9. No Guaranteed Marketing Outcomes

SEO rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, and advertising performance are not fully within our control. A change in rankings or a failure to achieve an estimated marketing result does not automatically qualify for a refund unless an applicable written agreement or law provides otherwise.

10. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to waive or restrict any statutory rights that apply to the Client.

Where a contract or this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
